- Post deployment support: Support for our products begin at the time of Developing the solution, providing progress updates, testing and deployment. However, the success of any application for our customers depends on the post deployment support that is provided. As part of release management, we provide a 3 month free post deployment support to our customers. Most of our solutions are stabilized during this period and issues if any are ironed out and any minor feature modifications are completed.
Post 3 month go-live, the customers are welcome to sign an Annual maintenance contract (AMC) for ongoing support. This service includes monitoring of the application related alarms, regular server maintenance activities, minor version upgrades of the database or application tools as well as minor changes to existing features that may be needed. - Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) product support: Our team can provide support to specific ERP products that the customer has procured and have capability to build such capability from ground zero.
- Business support Helpdesk: Our team provides helpdesk support for customer businesses on different aspects including sales support, after sales support, process support, etc.
- Tech support Helpdesk: Our team is highly skilled in various technologies and can provide technical support on different products and solutions as well as capability to support infrastructure technologies like databases, Storage and backup, Servers, Cloud support and also Desktops.
